One has a king bed (bike room) the other three twins (surf room). There is also a patio area off of the rec room with access to the outside yard.

On the second floor you will find the main living area. This floor is complete with 10 ft ceilings and done in travertine tile including a large Great Room with a coffered wood ceiling and fireplace, gourmet kitchen and large dining area with a custom farmhouse table which seats 12. There is also a powder room, full size washer and dryer on this floor as well as two additional bedrooms with weathered oak hardwood floors. One has a king side bed and the other a queen size bed. There is an additional bathroom down the hall from these bedrooms and both rooms have patio door access to the large front balcony. In addition, there is a large deck area off the great room perfect for dining outdoors. A large professional size gas grill is available and is perfect for BBQs.

Some beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs also available. As an added bonus there are approximately a dozen bikes and helmets to use as well.
